Things you may want to know before working with us
How to get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does the sample ship?
Send us an inquiry and contact our account manager to request samples. Stock samples are free of charge, while custom-produced samples are charged according to your specific requirements. The sample fee can be refunded depending on the bulk order amount.
How to ensure product quality?
We use advanced production equipment that is maintained regularly to ensure stable printing, cutting and production quality. We also have a professional quality inspection team to make sure every shipment meets our quality standards before delivery.
How to ensure that the product is accurate?
After the order is confirmed, we will send you the design artwork for approval. A production sample will then be made and confirmed again before mass production begins, helping ensure that the final product matches your requirements.
How long will it be shipped?
Production is usually completed within 10–15 working days after payment and all documents are confirmed. If your order is urgent, we can adjust the production schedule where possible and continue to follow up on the production process for you.
What choices affect my pricing?
As a high-volume packaging manufacturer with strong production capacity, Kerryte offers competitive factory-direct pricing for custom printed packaging. Pricing is mainly affected by five factors: dimensions, box style, printing and ink coverage, box material, and order quantity. Higher quantities usually provide better unit pricing. Custom orders of 1,000 pieces or more may qualify for volume discounts. If you have any questions about pricing or specifications, our team will be happy to recommend the most suitable solution for your project.
How do I know if my art is printable?
Our in-house prepress team will review your artwork before production for technical issues such as low resolution, blurriness, incorrect bleed areas, thin lines, image splits and other printing concerns. If any issues are found, they will be highlighted in the proof for your confirmation. Our prepress team can also assist you with technical adjustments when needed. Please note that we do not normally check spelling, grammar or the creative content of the artwork.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We offer sea freight, sea door-to-door shipping, air freight, air door-to-door shipping and international express delivery. Express options include DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, SF Express and other suitable logistics providers depending on your destination and delivery requirements.
